ジェーン・フォンダ（Jane Fonda, 1937年12月21日 - ）は、アメリカニューヨーク市出身の女優。

父は俳優のヘンリー・フォンダである。また弟のピーター・フォンダも俳優。 1965年には映画監督のロジェ・バディムと結婚したが後に離婚。
